Over 10 days ago now I paid $409! I paid extra for express shipping to Ireland because my phone contract is finished this week as I planned to start a new cheaper contract once I provided myself with a phone.

Now I have no phone and no phone service. On their website they state "a maximum of up to 5 working days processing time".

As a time wasting tactic, they made me photocopy my passport and credit card (last 4 digits visible) and asked me to email them on the documents for "Fraud prevention" purposes, even though I paid through PayPal.

Not only has my phone not been dispatched, my account doesn't even acknowledge the fact that I have purchased ANYTHING even though I have been billed.

I will be opening a PayPal buyers dispute if nothing changes on Monday. Luckily PayPals headquarters are located in my home town!

P.S. I have tried ringing their EU customer service number (00441939450008) every night after 1am local time in Ireland and it just rings out every single night.


Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $409.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
