I have no issue with this shop. Got about 20 products since Dec.

2015. was happy with all of them. Had to contact support service - got refund for MiBand2 wristband silicone band felt apart, got partial refund for broken knife blade on ENLAN knife - production defect, flashlight stopped working Rofis ER3A, 100% refund with no problems. This problems mostly happens not because shops, it is quality control in China, which becomes better every year.

To get support - I wrote support a message, they asked to video or photo, I did give them what they were asking, and after 2-3 days - got partial or full refund on paypal. All other items were all good, got for the best price on flashsales and coupons (which you have to wait, or know where to get).

I feel safe mostly because paypal, if something goes wrong they can help. But for last year, I didn't have to open paypal dispute.
