The ordered item never arrived. Answer to the first support question told me to wait for 45 working days.
To expire the PayPal customer support period, as I later realized.
After that, no answer to support questions.
After several requests, seller finally offered an 80% (!) refund. Yes, 80%, for an item never received, probably never even sent. I accepted the refund in hope to recover at least a part of the loss. However, even the refund was never issued.
In total, the whole process took almost three months and ended up to just loss of money and hours of time.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $35.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
