Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

I bought a phone and paid for expedited shipping (3-5 days).

Over 2 weeks later I have still not received even a tracking number.

When you try to contact them there are three options.

1. Call China. - Really?

2. Email. This opens up a contact box not an email address. When you fill it out, it requires that you create an account. To create an account you must accept their terms which includes the following:

"All items purchased from EverBuying.com are made pursuant to a shipping contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier."

If you agree to this, once they claim they gave it to a carrier, it is your loss even if you never receive it.

3. Chat. We tried this late at night in the US during business hours in China and sat forever waiting for an available agent--who never did come.

It is not a good price when you don't get the product. In fact, paying any amount for nothing is infinitely expensive.

We decided to file a complaint with Paypal for a refund and not do business with them again.
