i ordered a phone on the 24th of last month they said it would ship within 24 hours and it did but they also said it would be here within 14 days it is now the 7th of the next month and still no phone I need my phone that is how I make my money I have sent them 2 complaints on there website and no response even though they say they will respond within 24 hours I will keep trying to get a hold of them until I either get my phone or get a hold of someone I will give them till next week for my phone to get here then I WILL get my money back

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $35.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
