I bought a supposed smartphone that I thought would be a nice Christmas gift for myself and it turned out to be a total disappointment. It never work, I won't pay a dime if I have known.

You can't talk to a customer service on a phone and the only communication is by submitting a ticket that it would take days to get a response. They said that I can return it but it would be an overseas address (FIJI - Nadi Airport) and it cost more than the item itself to return it, they stopped responding when I'm pressing for an address here in the U.S.A.
