I bought three refurbished phones. After 200 orders with no major problem I trusted this website but now I'm really disappointed.

One never arrived and the reimbursed me only 25$. Then after ten days the second's screen died and a dozen mails with Rafael got me the awful offer of 10$. That's a pure shame. You're not what you used to be.

I miss Jim who was a good customer service manager , always there to satisfy the consumers. If you want to loose your customers continue like that.

Thanks to you they reimbursed the cash I paid and I've only lost 20$ in points.
