I ORDERED FOR A WRIST WATCH AND A MINI PROJECTOR ON EVERBUYING.NET ABOUT TWO OR MORE MONTHS AGO. I CURRENTLY HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE GOODS OR EVEN ABLE TO TRACK THEM.

I NEED MY ORDERS OR MY CASH REFUNDED. THERE IS NO CONCRETE REPLY FROM THEIR SUPPORT CENTER AND I CANT EVEN COMMUNICATE WITH THEIR LIVE CHAT. IT SHOWS IN MY EVERBUYING.NET ACCOUNT AS ORDERS BEING SHIPPED OUT, YET I CAN NOT TRACK MY ORDERS WITH THE REFERENCE, TRACKING, OR ORDER NUMBER THEY GAVE ME. EVEN THE LINK THEY SENT TO MY MAIL BOX SHOWS NO RECORD OR INFORMATION WHEN EVER I INPUT THE NUMBERS SENT TO ME FOR TRACKING MY GOODS.

I NEED MY GOODS IN THE NEXT FIVE DAYS...... THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!.

I have the same problem, I order 3 wrist watch, about 2 month and 2 weeks and, untill now (2014-10-08), nothing came.

My everbuying account says MY ORDERS BEING SHIPPED OUT, but I can't track them.

I've reported, two times this situation to the clients everbuyng messanger box, but I haven't got any answer.

I demand my goods or the refund.

Everbuying - Never shipped product, so cancelled order after 5 weeks

I ordered a $55.99 fashion clothes on April 29th, It's now June 15th, and waiting for my package to arrive but nothing comes. so i changed my mind and cancel my order at first they told me it will take 3-7 days for my refund but nothing,

I emailed them again they told me oh sorry it will be about 3-5 days ok, now now its been over 8 days already...again nothing in my bank account.

hey $55.99 means a lot to me because i'm a student and work part time..If possible i wanted to sue them for scam and fraud.
