I placed an order on 1/8/13 for a Ball Design USB Sync to 8-Pin Cradle Desktop Dock Station Charger for iPhone 5 (White with Black) and as of today 3/11/13 I have still not received the order.I have submitted tickets via their website contact link numerous times and keep giving me the run around, saying it has been shipped and to be patient.

Well, I have lost my patience at this point and I'm pretty sure they took me for my money - which was only $11 but it's not about the money but rather the ridiculously long delivery time as well as poor customer service.

I have requested a refund several times and they will not comply.I will never order from this company again.

Monetary Loss: $11.
