I placed an order on 1/8/13 for a Ball Design USB Sync to 8-Pin Cradle Desktop Dock Station Charger for iPhone 5 (White with Black) and as of today 3/11/13 I have still not received the order. I have submitted tickets via their website contact link numerous times and keep giving me the run around, saying it has been shipped and to be patient.

Well, I have lost my patience at this point and I'm pretty sure they took me for my money - which was only $11 but it's not about the money but rather the ridiculously long delivery time as well as poor customer service.

I have requested a refund several times and they will not comply. I will never order from this company again.

Monetary Loss: $11.
