OK as an update; they offered me to send back the tablet for repair to China and back. The cost was pretty steep ...
They then offered a refund of $20 I just took it and but a nice ASUS 10 inch tablet. Last time I buy electronics from them ...

I bought a VOYO Q101 tablet in July 2017, in April 2018 it went poof.
Originaly it said in the description Android 7 but when I got it, it was version 6. Also the cover that came with it was for a 8 inch not 10.
Contacted them at Everbuying and they gave me a link to see it said on their link version 6 ...
Never could get a refund or a replacement.
They have thousands of customers so I guess they don't mind loosing some from time to time.
After hundreds of dollars spent they lost a customer.
Never again Everbuying
I would not recommend this site to anyone, cheap quality products, shipping is super slow and after sale service is the worst.
I hate loosing money like this.
